Job and Activity Hazard Analysis Safety is a top priority in the volunteer program. As stated in EP 1130-2-500, 10-2.g "The same safety training and briefings provided to Corps personnel in a given circumstance will also be provided to volunteers. This should include the review of an 'Activity Hazard Analysis.'"
The Job and Activity Hazard Analysis (JHA & AHA) shown below have been submitted as examples, but each should be reviewed and revised as necessary to cover what is needed for each specific job, location, and task:
The forms are provided in either Word or Excel formats.
