Team Members

The team chair is elected by team members to serve a 2-year term. The non-voting members are the Project and Program Managers, who serve indefinite terms. Currently, the Project Manager is Mr. Scott Jackson (CEERD-EN-R) with oversight from Mr. Peppino Persio (CECW-ON) who acts as Program Manager and coordinates from the national recreation program perspective. Mr. Jackson is physically housed at the Engineer Research and Development Center (formerly Waterways Experiment Station) at the Environmental Laboratory in Vicksburg, Mississippi. Mr. Persio is located at Headquarters in Washington, D.C.
