General Guidelines for conducting comment card surveys in 2012-2013:
Beginning in 2008 the requirements for conducting Comment Card surveys have been adjusted to make it mandatory for projects to conduct surveys only every third year - the surveys are optional in 2008, 2009, 2011, 2012 and mandatory in 2010 and 2013. See this memorandum for details. The procedures will be similar to last year. No changes have been made to the survey schedule generator. Minor changes have been made to the comment cards.
Important Notes:
The last day to enter data collected as part of the FY11-12 survey year is 30 June 2012. After this date, the FY11-12 data entry tools will be taken offline and the FY12-13 data entry tools will be brought online.
